Richard is an Associate Director of the Optima Consultancy and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His knowledge and expertise in the fields of PR and Marketing is delivering significant high value impact to many UK businesses.

Peter is an Associate Director of the Optima Consultancy. Peter is a highly experienced marketing professional 20+ years experience in a variety of sales and marketing roles with multi-national companies. Key strengths are his extensive strategic marketing and project management expertise combined with strong leadership and communication abilities. He is a Chartered Marketer, active member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and member of the British Psychological Society. Peter has a first degree in Psychology together with an MSc in Marketing.
