Simon is the Managing Director of the Optima Consultancy, a fellow in the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and a member of the IOD. Simon is a commercially experienced manager, coach, trainer and director. He has held senior sales management positions with GE Capital, Exel plc, Trafficmaster plc and Cybit plc and is also the CEO of CRT Ltd, a fast growth tech company. His hard-earned real-world experience, combined with his desire to motivate others to succeed, makes him a dynamic and effective trainer, coach and developer of businesses and people. He is passionate about working with operations that strive to be the best-in-class and understands the challenges of commercial business development.

Richard is an Associate Director of the Optima Consultancy and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His knowledge and expertise in the fields of PR and Marketing is delivering significant high value impact to many UK businesses. Marianne is a successful marketing and business development director with over 25 years experience of working in the public and private sectors, in international and UK markets and with products and services.
